Welcome! I’m Lisa – I’m a 52 year old Registered Dietitian experienced with helping men and women over 50 improve their diet, health and vitality for the long-term. Whether you want to improve your diet, prevent or improve a chronic condition or learn how to cook simple, delicious and healthy meals, you’ve come to the right place!

I’m now offering my Dietitian services through an innovative company called Nourish which provides virtual Dietitian consultations covered by insurance. Did you know? Many health insurance plans now provide coverage for Dietitian consults for a variety of conditions, including obesity, prediabetes, diabetes, heart disease and more. When you book with me through Nourish, you provide your insurance information and they will request authorization for dietitian consults on your behalf. It’s quick and easy and in many cases, the cost of the dietitian sessions is fully covered so most patients pay $0.
